A young man that used to be in Shawn and I's youth group in Kansas passed away last Friday in a car wreck. I know this has been a very sad time for many of us and some are even asking why? Why did this happen to somone so young and why were there people picketing or wanting to picket at his funeral in the name of God?

I can easily get wrapped up in things. I am sure you can too. I have to remind myself what I am living for everyday and try to follow Jesus the best I can. I sit here and think about how good God is.

Jesus loved me so much that he died for me.

I've heard this a 1,000 times but it never ceases to amaze me.

He died on my behalf. This disease I have known as "sin" has been atoned for.

When I die...there is no fear for he has ransomed me.
