SEAL OF GOD ...or the IMAGE that will demand worship
SEAL OF GOD ...or the IMAGE that will demand worship
First of all a "seal" has three characteristics:
NAME
TITLE
TERRITORY
Example:
The Presidential Seal
NAME
Barack Obama
TITLE
President
TERRITORY
United States Of America
With this in mind...
Is there any place within our Bible
which reveals the "seal" of the living God?
Would you believe...
in the very heart ot the Ten Commandments!!
The first four of these great commandments
have to do with our duty to God,
And the last six of these great commandments
have to do with our duty towards our fellow man
Some of these great commandments
contain the words Lord or God,
but only one of them tells us;
who he is, what he did, and when we should worship him
It is the biggest of all the commandments in regard to length,
and it begins with a very important word; REMEMBER
Why do you suppose Jesus,
who wrote these commandments himself,
would write "REMEMBER" on this particular one?
Could it be at all possible,
that Jesus knew the end from the beginning
and how Satan would slyly deceive us
in this very important matter?
In case you're still not sure
of which commandment I am referring to,
It is the fourth commandment; The Sabbath Commandment!!
Within this commandment
are the three characteristics of a "SEAL"
"GOD"
CREATOR
HEAVEN EARTH AND SEA
AND ALL THAT IN THEM IS
The "SIGN" or "SEAL" of GOD
in our HANDS or in our FOREHEADS
The Mark of the Beast
consists of a "mark"
in the right HAND or in the FOREHEAD
Rev 13:16
And he causeth all, both small and great,
rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark
IN THEIR RIGHT HAND,
or
IN THEIR FOREHEADS
With this in mind,
Read the next few verses
pertaining to the 7th-day Sabbath
which is a "sign" or "seal"
between us and our creator forever
Eze 20:20
And hallow my sabbaths;
and they shall be a sign between me and you,
that ye may know that I am the LORD your God
Exo 31:13
Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying,
Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep:
for it is a sign between me and you
THROUGHOUT YOUR GENERATIONS;
that ye may know that I am the LORD
that doth sanctify you (set you apart)
GET READY FOR A SHOCK
The Sabbath is the "SIGN" or "SEAL"
in our HAND or in our FOREHEADS
While Sun......day is the false "MARK"
in our HAND or in our FOREHEADS
Exo 13:9
And it (THE SABBATH)
shall be for a SIGN unto thee upon thine HAND,
and for a memorial BETWEEN THY EYES, (forehead)
that the LORD's law may be in thy mouth:
for with a strong hand hath the LORD
brought thee out of Egypt
Deu 6:6
And these words,
which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart
Deu 6:8
And thou shalt bind them
(the entire Law including the Sabbath)
for a SIGN upon thine HAND,
and they shall be as
FRONTLETS BETWEEN THE EYES (forehead)
Deu 11:18
Therefore shall ye lay up these my words
(the entire Law including the Sabbath)
IN YOUR HEART and IN YOUR SOUL,
and bind them for a SIGN UPON YOUR HAND,
that they may be as
FRONTLETS BETWEEN YOUR EYES (forehead)
The above verse can also be matched
with what Jesus said about the first
and great commandment pertaining to God
Mat 22:37
Jesus said unto him,
Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with
ALL THY HEART,
and
WITH ALL THY SOUL,
and
WITH ALL THY MIND
Mat 22:38
This is the first and great commandment
Can you change the day your were born
to a day you were not born?
NO!!
Neither can man;
change the day God rested on and "Blessed"
to a day he didn't rest or nor bless
REASON ENOUGH
A lawyer,
who happened to be traveling by railway train
spotted a young 7th-Day Adventist
and taking the seat beside him,
began a conversation as follows:
"Now, I've got you where I want you.
Tell me, Why do you and your Church
keep Saturday as the Sabbath?"
The young man opened his Bible
and read the fourth Commandment
to the lawyer and then he started to turn
for some other Scriptural authority;
when he was interrupted by the lawyer who said:
"You know, You remind me of an attorney
who could give several reasons
why his client did not appear in court-
with the first reason being that the man was dead
You my friend, remind me of that attorney
I asked you why you and your church
observe the 7th-Day Sabbath?
And in reply you turn to Gods' Holy Law
There in the heart of that Law, God himself,
commands us as his creatures to keep that day
After quoting to me this authority,
you turn to give me a second reason
Young man, when that one reason is given,
no other should be called for!!
WHEN GOD HIMSELF. SAYS
THE 7TH-DAY IS THE SABBATH,
THAT ENDS ALL CONTROVERSY
WITH MEN WHO BELIEVE GOD!!
If a man will not believe what God says
in the fourth Commandment,
he will not believe what he says
in the Sermon on the Mount,
nor anywhere else"
Eze 20:20
AND HALLOW MY SABBATHS;
AND THEY SHALL BE A SIGN
BETWEEN ME AND YOU,
THAT YE MAY KNOW
THAT
I AM THE LORD
YOUR GOD.
Once, there was a kind, gentleman walking down the street.
He was approached by a Beggar who asked him,
if he could spare some change
The kind man smiled and pulled out his wallet, and said:
"I only have 7 dollars, but I'll tell you what,
I will give you 6 and keep one for myself"
The Beggar took the 6 dollars and walked off,
not really showing a whole lot of gratitude for the 6
And then, when the opportunity was right
the beggar stole also the 7th dollar
Pretty sad...to say the least
Would you
to whom God gave 6 days steal also the 7th?
