I feel that this is a tough question. It's a controversial issue. I wonder whether the world is ready for a woman or a black man as President. Please don't misunderstand. I am in no way prejudiced or biased. I am just curious. Personally, I will vote for Barack Obama. Normally I vote republican, but i'm just not feeling it this time around. I think that Mr. Obama will be a good choice. I just really like what he has to say. I don't feel that Hillary would be a wise choice. Mainly because she is a woman and I just don't feel that most women (at this time) have what it takes to be President. Women are so emotional. Can you really see a women sending our troops to fight in wars? Who do you think should be our next President?
It is so hard to say right now who I would vote for. I don't quite feel right with either Obama or Clinton so at the moment I am tied. I wanted to vote for Huckabee.:(
I honestly need to pray about this more than what I have. I want to make sure that I feel that the person I vote for is who God is telling me to vote for.
Basically at the moment I am still up in the air about it.
Thanks for you comment Shelly!!!
In all honesty, Huckabee is the person that I would have voted for without question. Since that is not a possibility, I have to go with the person that seems the most capable to me. That is Mr Obama. I agree that praying about it is probably the best decision. LIke I said before, it is a tough decision.
I think I may voter for Mcane. Not even sure if that is how u spell his name. I will definitely vote for him if he makes Huckabee his vice pres. McCane is so old that their is a decent chance he may pass away in office and then we got Mike as president. Plus if Huckabee is vice president it would inolve a lot of behind the scenes work. Im not sure if I could ever vote for Hilary or Obama. It has nothing to do with democrate or republican but just with the fact that I don't see Obama as a strong leader, more or less just a charismatic actor and I don't see Hilary as a person of much morality at all. I think she would be very dangerous for our country because of families historical lack of a moral compass. Plus I think if Hilary is president it is essentially the same as Bill being the pres again. You know he will be behind the scenes giving her advice all the time. And do we really want a presidential puppet like that?...I don't know...Not many great choices, I'm not thrilled by McCaine either. Blahhhh!
If Mike Huckabee was enlisted to be Vice President to John McCain, I would definitely vote for McCain. I thinks it is hysterical that you (Shawn) said there is a chance that McCain would pass away in office. I couldn't stop laughing. I would never have thought that you would say something like that!!
By the way...this is Shelly. I am just on Michaela's computer and I forgot to log her out and myself in.
Don't get me wrong. I dont want him to die. I just hope that Huckabee is his vice pres that way we get some God centered opinions in the oval office and if he happened to die we would have a solid person taking his place. LOL! That is pretty funny though...McCain like 72 + years of age. Thats gettin up there.
You guys are all cracking me up. Shawn you're funny! I see where you are coming from babe. I agree that the choices aren't the greatest.
72...that is old. Who knows what's going to happen.
I voted for Huckabee in the primary, yet McCain won. I think the choice of Sarah Palin as the VP was an excellent choice. She is an honest God-fearing woman. I recently read an article of a pastor who gave McCain and Palin a message from God and it was awesome, I will try to find the link and share it. I feel that Obama is too shady. His connections with groups like The New Party, The New Black Panther Party, Rev. Wright, Ayers, "Frank the poet" and his various connections with radicals (even his cousin is an Islamic dictator in Kenya). I pray God will bless America again!
